LICENSED SITE REMEDIATION PROFESSIONAL

With over 25 years of professional experience, Mr. William DeStefano, Senior Project Manager with Van Note Harvey Associates, has been approved by NJDEP as a Licensed Site Remediation Professional.

The Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) mandates that LSRP’s directly oversee and manage site remediation in New Jersey and issue “Response Action Outcomes (RAOs)” upon satisfactory completion of remediation, consistent with New Jersey’s Technical Requirements for Site Remediation.

As of Nov. 2009, remediation of all new sites must be conducted by an LSRP, according to mandatory timeframes, without waiting for DEP approvals. All existing sites may proceed without LSRP involvement until May, 2012, when all sites in New Jersey must be managed by an LSRP.

For more information on the LSRP program, and how VNHA may be of service, please contact us!
