 Utsch’s MarinaVan Note-Harvey Associates has provided general consulting services for Utsch’s Marina for over 20 years. The initial site improvements required remedial work including design and permitting for removal of existing breakwater piers and 40,000 cubic yards of maintenance dredging. New facilities included the installation of 270 linear feet of treated timber bulkheading and 660 linear feet of breakwater pier, site parking and wastewater treatment. |
