 Avalon Run IIIVan Note-Harvey Associates provided overall site development engineering services for construction of 360 housing units consisting of 18, three-story buildings containing Apartments and Town House units, a Clubhouse and Recreation building including a Pool, Tennis Courts, Fitness Trails and three Parking Garages. Services included all site engineering design for grading, roadways, and parking, adjacent road widening, extension of water and sewer utilities to serve the site including 150 GPM pump station and 1000’ off-site force main, construction of 3 on-site stormwater management facilities, Environmental Permitting included Wetlands Delineation, Flood plains, Stream Encroachment, Sewer 208/201 Plan Amendment and construction soils and sedimentation control design. |
