 Canyon Club Luxury MarinaVan Note-Harvey Associates was the engineering consultant for Canyon Club, a $26 million luxury marina along the Cape May Canal. Our services included surveying, civil and marine engineering, evaluation of the existing bulkheads and marina and recommendations for improvements and expansion within the Corps of Engineers and CAFRA regulations and policies. The facility includes 200 condominiums, 225 boat slips, a tiered-lagoon swimming pool, restaurant, boardwalk promenade, boutique shopping area, a marine supply shop, and out-of-water boat repair facilities. The marina also contains a bubbler system to allow year-round in-water boat storage. |
