 River View Executive ParkRiver View Executive Park was one of the key projects in the on-going effort to revitalize downtown Trenton. The project included three 100,000 square foot office buildings, retail center and parking. Ultimate development planning was provided for a future hotel and high-rise housing for this projected $100 million dollar, 34 acre complex along the Delaware River. Van Note-Harvey Associates also provided surveying and permitting consulting services to Kat-Man-Du, the restaurant/night club addition to the Trenton Waterfront. |
