Trenton Arena Parking

Van Note-Harvey Associates was retained to conduct an Environmental Site Assessment of a multi-site assembly of industrial, commercial and automotive services properties surrounding the City’s new hockey/basketball arena for purchase to provide parking. Previous use of this multi-property site adjacent to the historic Roebling Complex included: a Midak chromium electroplating company where prior environmental remediation work had been done; a seven bay auto service station; and, a wood/coal/fuel oil distributor and gasoline fueling station.

The Trenton Parking Authority subsequently purchased all the properties and following site remediation and satisfaction of NJDEP regulatory requirements for the intended use, completed redevelopment to provide parking for the Sovereign Bank Sports Arena.
