 Borden's Clam Processing FacilityVan Note-Harvey Associates (VNHA) provided the surveying and site planning services for a complete renovation of Borden’s Clam Processing Facility for Snows-Doxsee, Inc. located along Ocean Drive in Lower Township. This 8 acre site is located immediately adjacent to the inland waterway and is one of the main clam processing facilities along the East Coast. Our services for this projected $12 million project included the surveying and site planning for renovation of the existing plant as well as placement of a new process water treatment facility, upgrade of the existing docking facilities, and improvement of the water supply and fire protection facilities on the site. In addition to the necessary local approvals, VNHA provided services and coordination for the necessary State Upland Waterfront Development Permit and Army Corps of Engineers permits. |
