Phillipsburg Early Childhood Center

Van Note-Harvey Associates (VNHA) was selected by DRG, the design consultant for the Phillipsburg ECC to provide environmental and engineering studies for construction of the school on a previously undeveloped 11 acre site.

VNHA participated in public school board meetings to present the findings of our environmental investigations and how the site could be remediated to permit commencement of school construction while safeguarding the health and safety of the attending school children and public.

VNHA and the project team effectively addressed stakeholder concerns of the environmental quality of the site and developed and executed an acceptable remedy permitting the safe and timely completion of the school. Construction of the school is complete and the school is occupied.
