Van Note-Harvey Associates conducted three phase site investigation and remediation activities for an industry occupying and expanding on an historically industrial site.
Three industrial buildings cover 50% of the site with the remainder a combination of open storage yard and paved on-site operations circulation.

Services included:

Removal of two 20,000 gallon USTs adjacent to rail line from previous coal and fuel oil distributor operation

Removal of five USTs used for heating oil, leaded gasoline and diesel fuel

Segregation classification and removal of contaminated soils

Program of installation and sampling of groundwater monitoring wells to define potential contamination in compliance with NJDEP Technical Regulations
